RioCan Living is partnered with Parallax to redevelop the current commercial properties with a super structure high-rise condominium in the Mink Mile district of the Yorkville neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario. The site sits on the south-east corner of Bloor Street West and St. Thomas Street. The project is currently in its preliminary stages. The number of residential suites and levels are to be determined.
Gateway
Brampton, Ontario
Located steps from the future Hurontario LRT terminal station, Gateway will be RioCan Living’s first residential development in the City of Brampton. This project will include two rental towers standing at 42 and 37 storeys with over 850 suites. Designed to provide an integrated community experience, residents will be welcomed with exciting desirable building amenities, direct access to the future Hurontario LRT line, proximity to Brampton GO station, and convenient retailers.

Part of the Leaside Junction community, this mid-rise, mixed-use project would constitute two 10-storey towers connected via podium with over 230 rental suites and retail at grade.

Located in the heart of Toronto’s Leaside area, RioCan Living is proposing a redevelopment of the RioCan Leaside Centre. Part of the Leaside Junction community, this mixed-use project would constitute of two towers that are 18 and 21 storeys respectively and connected via podium. The building would have over 400 rental suites and retail at grade.
Frontier Phase 3
Ottawa, Ontario
RioCan Living is partnered with Killam Apartment REIT, proposing to develop the 3rd phase of the Frontier master-planned community. The development will consist of a 20-storey residential tower with a 4-storey podium consisting of approximately 287 residential rental suites. The site is located near the intersection of City Park Drive and Ogilvie Road and is within 500 meters of the Blair LRT station.
