RioCan Living is partnered with Parallax to redevelop the current commercial properties with a super structure high-rise condominium in the Mink Mile district of the Yorkville neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario. The site sits on the south-east corner of Bloor Street West and St. Thomas Street. The project is currently in its preliminary stages. The number of residential suites and levels are to be determined.
Dufferin Plaza
Toronto, Ontario
RioCan Living is partnered with Innovo Group, proposing to redevelop RioCan’s Dufferin Plaza. Located at the intersection of Dufferin Street and Apex Road, the proposed mixed-use redevelopment will consist of two blocks, each featuring two towers. The development will incorporate approximately 15,000 square feet of retail at grade, creating a new residential and commercial hub within the surrounding community.
Gateway
Brampton, Ontario
Located steps from the future Hurontario LRT terminal station, Gateway will be RioCan Living’s first residential development in the City of Brampton. This project will include two rental towers standing at 42 and 37 storeys with over 850 suites. Designed to provide an integrated community experience, residents will be welcomed with exciting desirable building amenities, direct access to the future Hurontario LRT line, proximity to Brampton GO station, and convenient retailers.
Lawrence Plaza
Toronto, Ontario
RioCan Living is proposing to redevelop RioCan’s Lawrence Plaza with a development partner. Located at Bathurst Street and Lawrence Avenue West, Lawrence Plaza is a proposed mixed-use redevelopment consisting of seven towers ranging in height from 6 to 40 storeys. The community is planned to deliver a series of low-, mid-, and high-rise towers, supported by approximately 127,000 square feet of retail at grade.
Leaside Junction
Toronto, Ontario
Located in the heart of Toronto’s Leaside neighbourhood, RioCan Living is proposing a redevelopment of the RioCan Leaside Centre. The vision is to transform the site into a vibrant, mixed use community that introduces new residential opportunities alongside enhanced retail amenities, green space, strengthening walkability, connectivity, and the overall neighbourhood experience.
